Welcome to the Dublin City Schools' website!
We are glad that you are interested in us and we would like to tell you a little about us.

We have restructured our school system to make learning relevant for our students and to strengthen the partnerships between homes and schools.

We have three elementary schools that serve grades K-5. Each one has a unique academic theme that is used to get students involved in project based learning. All three schools teach the same Georgia Performance Standards, but the projects students do to use what they learn varies dependent on the school theme. Susie Dasher Elementary is a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math school. Saxon Heights Elementary is a Talented, Arts, and Gifted school. Hillcrest Elementary is a Leadership, Environmental Awareness, and Public Service school. Parents may choose to put their students in any of the three schools. There are no school zones. All three schools offer services for students with special needs, including gifted education.

At Dublin Middle School, we have an outstanding honors and gifted program along with a full array of athletics, clubs, and arts. We are beginning an International Baccalaureate Middle Grades Program that will provide a world class education to our students.

Dublin High School continues to provide the best preparation for college in middle Georgia. We are beginning an International Baccalaureate Diploma Program that will allow graduates to go to the finest universities in the world. Our Advanced Placement courses continue to grow, and our students score well on the AP course tests. DHS has outstanding athletic programs, with recent state championships in football, basketball, and wrestling. We have a new high school with outstanding facilities for academics, athletics, and the arts, and our band, chorus and drama programs offer great opportunities for students.

Dublin City Schools is proud to have outstanding faculty and staff who are very professional and focused on meeting the educational needs of our students. Our graduates have gone on to the best colleges in the world, including the military academies. Our objective is for every graduate to be successful, and for every student to be a graduate.

Dublin, Georgia is a vibrant community with diverse industry, great shopping and restaurants, outstanding medical care, and friendly, caring people. The Dublin City School System is proud to be part of this community and wants to be your education choice. Contact us and let us tell you more about us.

SchoolBlocks offers a unique and powerful personalized search system. A member of the public, searching for "homework" might see an announcement from the school as the first result. However, if the user is logged in, they would see their teacher’s latest homework assignment as the top result.
